Androstenedione, also known as 'Andro'. Used by the famous Baseball player, 1st basemen Mark McGuire. Andro is an anabolic steroid that athletes take in a pill form. The capsules usually come in 100mg dosages. Though alot of weightlifters take around 300mg or 3 capsules to get the full effects as you would through the 'real deal' steroids.
This supplement is very cheap, you can get a Met-RX bottle of 30 capsules, 100mg for $12.00. Anything else over that price usually has added hormones, or hormone blockers included. If you overdose on Androstenedione, you may want to take something else that will block Estrogen. Unless you do want that fatty tissue build-up around your nipples. Andro works pretty well, I found that it worked in its own little spurts. On a cycle of 2 weeks I noticed 2 workouts of a total of 8 that the next morning you could physically see an added chunk of muscle. I think that overall, this supplement would be ranked a 9 out of 10.
